  • deliver personalised consultancy services

  • assess and support a child’s independence development

  • communicate with families about sessions and follow-ups

  • improve our services and client experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

  • stored securely using password-protected systems (e.g. encrypted cloud storage)

  • accessed only by Little Steps Independence

  • retained only for as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements

Photos or videos of children or families are:

  • taken only with explicit written consent

  • used strictly according to the permissions selected by the family

  • never shared publicly without prior approval

  • explicitly authorised by the client
